POINT OUT SUMMIT

WHY POINT OUT SUMMIT ON “GOOD GOVERNANCE FOR FUTURE INDIA”?DrShiv

It is with this thought in mind that no amount of government participation or initiative will bring in good governance that we thought to bring about focus on good governance while celebrating the first anniversary of our publication. To get a better perspective about what a common man feels about good governance and what government and policy makers (the bureaucrats) feel and the opinion of the industry, we decided to hold the POINT OUT SUMMIT on GOOD GOVERNANCE

FOR FUTURE INDIA and elicit views from people who are in key positions. Not only policy planning but its implementation and the follow-up has to be imbibed by the system and common man to bring about this change, hence no section can remain aloof and should contribute towards achieving good and effective governance. We believe deliberations at the summit will help in highlighting grey areas and is likely to bring about some good ideas.

IMPORTANCE OF THIS SUMMIT FOR CORPORATE MEMBERS, EDUCATIONAL INSTITUES, INDIVIDUALS,RESEARCHERS

This summit is not for only academicians or policy planners but for every person, every citizen, for our firm belief is without peoples’ participation good governance cannot be achieved. Corporate bodies can benefit by showcasing case studies undertaken by them and helping in finding the way forward while stressing on areas that need to be strengthened because there can be no successful programme whether government of private with active support of corporate organizations.

Besides, funding such programmes they also help in promoting and encouraging it within their set-up. For educational institutes, the programme is a opportunity to rethink the direction our students are drifting. If we have good, responsible citizens most of the problems would be taken care of on its own.
